What we find here

Plenty of second-home apartments that open a few weeks a year and greet their owners with settled dust and stale air. On the Golden Mile and in Sierra Blanca the stock is villas with gardens and pools, where the terrace and exterior glass matter as much as the inside.

Access and logistics

Parking in the centre and old town is hard in season, so we plan arrival times around it. In gated communities we coordinate with the concierge or with the agency that holds the keys.
