These ranges come from the same calculator you use to ask for a quote, for three typical homes. Your own price depends on size, condition and area; if something is out of the ordinary we say so and quote from photos.
Regular home cleaning on the Costa del Sol

What changes the price
- Travel: €15 in zone B and €30 in zone C.
- Type of service: deep cleaning takes 1.35 times as long and end-of-tenancy 1.6 times.
- Frequency: 5% off every two weeks and 10% off weekly.
- Extras: oven €20, fridge €25, cabinets €35, laundry load €15, hour of ironing €25, key handling €20, inventory check €25.
- Supplies and materials: €10 per visit.
- Minimum visit: €75.
When we ask for photos first
In these cases we do not give a fixed price without seeing the home:
- At 400 m² or more, a property needs a proper look before we quote.
- With 6 or more bedrooms, we price from photos.
- 120 minutes of terrace or more. That much terrace work is priced from photos.
- Unknown size and 5 bedrooms or more. Without the built area, a larger property can't be priced fairly.
