About us
Property cleaning with a clear process: we scope the job first, then clean, then send you a report with photos.
Who we are
Professional Property Cleaning cleans homes, villas and holiday rentals between Málaga and Estepona. We are based in Mijas. We reply in Spanish, English and Italian.
How we work
- We scope the job first: what needs doing, at which property and with what access.
- Then we clean.
- When we finish you receive the arrival report, with photos.
You get the quote in writing before any work starts.
Keys
We only handle keys on your written authorisation, and every report confirms they were left as agreed.
The photo report
After every clean you receive a report with:
- Completion status
- Areas cleaned
- Date and time
- Photos of the property
- Issues found
- Access and key confirmation
The example below is a sample only. It does not describe a real property.
