Airbnb turnover cleaning for holiday rentals
Ready for the next guest
We work inside the window between check-out and check-in. Every clean ends with a photo report, so you know exactly how the property was left without having to visit it.
What is included
- Full linen and towel change
- Restocking of consumables
- Inventory and damage check
- Photo report on completion
How a turnover works
- You send the check-out and check-in times, or share the booking calendar.
- We arrive after check-out with the agreed linen and consumables.
- We clean to your property’s checklist: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and terraces.
- We photograph every room as the guest will find it and note anything broken, missing or left behind.
- You receive the report the same day, before the next guest arrives.
Linen and consumables
Linen can be yours, washed and ironed by us between stays, or ours on a per-stay basis. Consumables such as toilet paper, soap and dishwasher tablets are restocked from your stock or bought and itemised on the invoice. Either way, what was used is listed in the report.
For hosts and managers
For a single apartment, get a quote with the town and the property details and we price per turnover. If you manage several properties, see our terms for partners: one contact, a written scope per property and a photo report after every stay.
Where we do turnovers
Marbella, Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Mijas, La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda, Fuengirola, Elviria and Las Chapas. Travel for your town is shown in the quote.
